Your Slow Athlete doesn’t need Mobility and Ladder drills… They need Heavy Squats, Deadlifts, Loaded/Unloaded Jumps, and Timed Sprinting. You won’t see it advertised because it doesn’t sell well. Most people want to be fast without doing the hard work required🤫🙌🏻

I'll stand on business with this one. We quantify effort to augment the rate at which we can help our athletes learn and adapt. You can't tell me a clock is a negative thing... especially when your sport is racing against the clock.

Sometimes when pushing training it is not the prettiest. And that is OK. Never know where and what your weaknesses are until you dance the line. I clearly need to work on start and back position with heavier weight.
