@texgeezer @AdrianHealey I see it differently. The wait list means giving up seats now means years until you get them back. Also look at the stands there last games of the season. A LOT of empty seats.

@AdrianHealey Since day 1, tickets for every seat have been sold. Apparently, supporters are voting that the status quo is OK or at least good enough. Ownership is feeling no pressure to change.

By pledging to keep Wolff, ownership is effectively saying "We believe Josh is a 1% er. He is that special" That belief is both brave & extremely unorthodox. Is it based on something tangible, or merely on a shared history/friendship? I don't know, but we are going to find out.

@benz145 I'm super excited at the pace AR/VR is moving. Its steady progress by a ton of smart people working incredibly hard. Can't wait for the price point of this level of tech to come down to a more manageable price.

Also... this is an actual volumetric environment Apple created... and yes it looks this good, reflections and all.

@vr_oasis This will probably get me to jump on the Quest train. Looks really great and love the Xbox pass partnership. Valve has about a week to announce something or I feel people will get tired of waiting. (Maybe it's just me)

I was very lucky to go hands on early with the Quest 3 last week. I left really impressed with the headsets increased performance and pancake lenses. It's definitely a worthy upgrade from Quest 2! Check out my full first impressions video here 👀

@Oh_lee_go I think that large number of people excited shows the broad number of use cases and workflows. Kinda like there isn't a need for GUIs bc of terminals, or vice versa.

I cannot believe how many people are happy about the M$ E***l integration of Python. There is #Python #Pandas - no need for this! You are locked in, and they drive you deeper into lock-in.

@MKBHD That takes away their strategy of keeping the social pressure up for people to switch to their platform. Sharing contact info is a great feature and will increase that social pressure too.

1. I will now examine Twitter’s past financials and predict the future from them. I conclude that criticism of @elonmusk is bizarrely off base, because Musk has overnight changed Twitter’s net (profit) margin from negative 20% to approximately plus 28%, more than Apple or Google.

@mokmuud @TheWorthyHouse @elonmusk And if this was making strategic cuts, I'd agree. However 1)that isn't what happened 2) the OP tweet claimed Twitter was now at a profit margin of Apple, which is an extremely simplistic take on how things work. Hence the analogy.
