Great Portland Estates confirms it is in ‘advanced negotiations’ with law firm Clifford Chance for the law firm to take a ‘significant pre-let at 2, Aldermanbury Square in EC2. The 320,000 sq ft development is one-third the size of the original 1m sq ft rented in Canary Wharf.
