Trump says Bill Pulte will serve as acting DNI.

Trusted presidential advisor Bill Pulte, a bold and fearless leader, is the perfect pick by President Trump to lead ODNI. Never again can we allow a politicized and weaponized intelligence community to conspire with partisan allies to harm political enemies. That's precisely what Team Obama did to Team Trump. Pulte is going to bring much-needed accountability and reforms. Justice is definitely coming. @realDonaldTrump/116680659724813616" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTru…

Here is how dumb Scott MacFarlane is: This is what will happen at the Arraignment: Def Lawyer: "My client has received a copy of the indictment and I have reviewed it with him. He waives reading of the Indictment, and he waives further reading of his statutory and constitutiona rights. He enters pleas of Not Guilty to all Counts, and we request immediate discovery pursuant to Rule 16." That's it. That's an A&P I been in hundreds on both sides of the courtroom. It is an anachronism of "days gone by" when a defendant had no idea what he was charged with until he was brought before the judge. Now the only purpose is to put on the record that the defendant knows he's been charged, that he has an attorney to represent him, and to set some dates for further proceedings. Then everyone leaves.
