If you ever feel guilty about wasting time remember that Jason and the Argonauts made their first stop on Lemnos and stayed there long enough for Queen Hypsipyle to bear Jason twins before Heracles reminded him about the quest for the golden fleece so have that sofa day king

Thanks @GoDaddy for moving me to a new server, but not bothering to update the DNS so my site goes down! Also, now none of the MySQL accounts used by web pages autheticate. This has to rate 0/10 for customer service. Shame on you.

Twitter deal temporarily on hold pending details supporting calculation that spam/fake accounts do indeed represent less than 5% of users reuters.com/technology/twi…

@Reverend_Lyn @elonmusk @teslaownersSV @Twitter I think that's disingenuous. Asking for the TWTR process kills two birds with one stone. It will find out if they actually have a rigorous process (or just estimate and pull a number), but also raises the question, if they can identify fake accounts, why leave them up?

@elonmusk @teslaownersSV @Twitter Maybe you could ask for the exact process that TWTR uses to generate their <5% number, and confirm assumptions made at each stage, and validate? After all, if they are standing proud by that number, one would hope they have a rigorous process.

@haltakov Current implementations of NFT are snake oil. Not a single company in the space is addressing even the most fundamental issues. They just vitriolically slam the poster and do not address the issues as the tryvto scam people out of money. It's all greed, not incentives/effects

Imagine you are playing a fantastic game 🕹️ It's super interesting and you are hooked up. You are really good at it. You even bought some virtual items to progress faster. And then the developers pull the plug. The game is dead. Everything's gone. Except, it may not be... 👇

@haltakov and propose how some of those problems can be solved before trying to reap benefit from them. Saying the world will be better once we cure cancer is great, and world hunger is solved, gets no arguments. The devil is on the details

@haltakov Just because something sounds good to have, it does not mean it is technically possible. For example the world would be better with antigravity engines, cold fusion. teleportatiom... Some things are easy to say but hard (possibly impossible) to do. Read through the article again
