New teachers in Delmar are actively engaged in training after school! They are doing amazing things with their students.

I don't know if this is still a thing but back in the day one of my mentor teachers recommended making a folder to keep little notes or emails from students & parents for when life sucked and you needed to know you were sometimes OK at teaching. I got one of those emails today.
