Please all be very aware of a scam happening on @DespatchBay and @parcelforce
I sent 2 parcels that were within size and I’m being told that they’re too big (they’re not) they have charged me an extra £50 surcharge per parcel.
Has this happened to anyone else ???

@yournameonit I'm just catching up with our Customer Service Manager who is working on it as a top priority. We really do understand how frustrating it is to be let down, and we will do whatever we can to resolve the issues caused by the courier.

To our business colleagues, please stay away from @DespatchBay for your parcel deliveries.
Too long a story to go into here, but when things go well they are great, but as soon as there is a problem then you seem to be on your own, even when its their fault....
