Today we signed two key bills in our fight against social media companies into law: ➡️ SB152 requires social media companies to verify that users in the state are 18 or older to open an account. Minors will need parental consent to create an account. ➡️ HB311 prohibits social media companies from using a design or feature that causes addiction for a minor to the company’s social media platform. It’s unconstitutional in any form but if the CDC eviction moratorium was anything except a communist appropriation of private property, it would read “any household with a COVID positive resident shall not be subject to eviction.” Instead it says no one can be evicted.

The Supreme Court ruled the moratorium is unconstitutional. The President knows it, but he bent the knee to placate to the socialists in his party. I believe the courts will defeat this measure again, but we need to stand up and make sure they can't continue to go around the law

Biden illegally extending the eviction moratorium is not just bad policy (many Democrats agree which is why they couldn’t pass the bill), but also an authoritarian attack on our Constitution & our Republic. The real authoritarians are and always have been on the American left.
