With manual cameras , manual focus, no motor drive, it was such a challenge to try to capture his dreadlocks. Always assumed I liked baby backs a tad more than spare ribs but never did a side-by-side test, so I'm going to whip up the smoker and smoke each one using the same rubs and process to see which I prefer for the first time today. wish me luck
