We are hiring! The glycocalyx is a highly dynamic structure composed of glycosylated immune receptors, RNAs and lipids. We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to dissect the glycan synthesis and sensing pathways modulating T cell communication in cancer. See details here: lnkd.in/e2dCbS_U. The video below shows the T-cell glycocalyx (magenta) rearranging after five minutes of stimulation over synthetic cancer cell membranes (green). Our lab at the @CAMS_COI_Ox aims to dissect key enzymes and sugars promoting or inhibiting specific receptor-ligand interactions needed for cancer rejection.
