Shane Steichen is not a Great HC. And he won’t be a Great HC…until Chris Ballard is fired. Shane has ALL the capability in the WORLD to be a great HC but is limited bc Chris Ballard has whiffed on so many picks over the last few years. Do you agree?

Shane Steichen is 8-7 with 23 year old Anthony Richardson. Shane Steichen is 18-17 with everybody else. *Combined age 142 years old.* Instead of developing a talent and going through the kinks. Shane chose .500 his way. AR was never the problem.

For the record, the opinion in the building is the slippage you saw from Daniel Jones before the Achilles was related to his fibula injury. I strongly agree w that sentiment. For whatever that’s worth.

So what now? I’ve consistently said I do not anticipate major changes at the top of the Colts organization — even though lots of you don’t wanna hear that (not giving you my opinion tbc). However, a loss like that leaves a stain, even under difficult circumstances. (More)
