Nottingham Forest are considering launching a formal complaint to the Premier League over the punishment given out to Chelsea over undisclosed payments. Chelsea were fined £10.75m and also handed a suspended transfer ban last week after reporting that £47.5m of hidden payments to agents and players were made over a seven‑year period. Lens, who are supposedly competing with PSG for Ligue 1, had their match unilaterally suspended by the league. This suspension was made so that PSG could rest between their matches against Liverpool. This clearly undermines the competition and its integrity.
