I cook almost everyday because I hate stale or freezer kept meals, but yes I prefer to cook fresh meals almost daily because I hate hate stale food.... I can make stew and put in the fridge but there is a high chance that stew will be eaten only twice because freezer will change the taste and I will hate it and cook another one. What do you mean you meal prep jollof rice and fried rice, what atrocity is that.
