The Persona 4 Revival Protagonist changes expression based on the context of the given dialogue options. Three expressions have been found so far: Neutral, Tense, and Friendly.

Aika Nakamura's scooter is still missing in Persona 4 Revival.
Previously spotted as a low poly bike with worse quality than all others in the area, it has since been removed.
Whether this is on purpose, or her inclusion has been scrapped will likely not be known until release.
