@ScrambledFaz I know this is old, but wouldn't the "F" mean "Female" in "PC_C_F_RIO"? The other social link names constantly use "PC_C" in their names without the F, even for female characters. "C" is very likely "Commu", the Japanese name for social links, so it does seem like leftovers from-

There are unused strings mentioning Rio and Saori in Persona 3 Reload. They both have unique character ID's that are higher than the others 0-10 = SEES 100 - 120 = Social Links 210 - 221 = Villains 463 = Rio 464 = Saori
