@weeniestwee Ty I was just curious. I'm working on my own health. As a guy who's 6 feet tall (180ish cm?)I was 58 or 59 km last year and I'm up to 68 or 69kg now. my body is slowly looking less twig like so I'm happy. I gotta get into training yet. Here's to achieving goals 💪
