@ExideCare I am deeply disappointed with the manner in which the matter has been disposed of without honoring the replacement of the battery, despite the fact that the defects had surfaced during the warranty period itself. The issue was repeatedly brought to the notice of the dealer.

Disappointed with @ExideCare. Complaint 01324424 was closed falsely claiming I logged it by mistake. Truth is, your tech came when there was no sun, so the solar system couldn't be checked. New complaint filed. Please send a technician who can actually solve the issue!

Hey @ExideCare your system is broken. Toll free takes us to the website. Website doesn't send the otp or let customer proceed further without it. How am I supposed to buy a battery??

@ExideCare One Mr. Patil called from customer care .. only to tell me a person will come with meter and check the battery and take out a report now the question is what did the dealer do with my battery for 24 hrs .. why is not providing me a report …this means diagnoses not done..Shame!!
