@ExideCare Two times battery dead withing 32 to 34 months both times. Dealer denied to replace giving reason non-availability. Now scared about to purchase and use EXIDE Battery. Very Poor Quality Provide by EXIDE Battery.

As per our investigation with the bus operator, Mr. Javed, we were informed that the route was changed mid-trip due to an unexpected situation. The operator also confirmed that an alternative bus was arranged, and the passenger successfully boarded it. Since the journey was completed in the alternate bus, the operator has denied the refund request. Further, we have shared strong feedback with the respective operator and vendor for further improvement. We shall certainly try our level best to provide you with satisfactory services in the future.
