@alc2022 This is definitely negative for $HIMS, they won't have access to future blockbusters, a $LLY partnership is needed, they have the better products.

$HIMS investors are scared about a potential lawsuit. Conversely, I think that a lawsuit would be bullish: 1. $HIMS has a unique opportunity to set a precedent with the current admin and produces enough cash to fund the legal battle. 2. GLP-1s are but the beginning of a long battle between $HIMS and incumbents, as $HIMS launches more peptides. With or without partnerships, pharma incumbents don't like that $HIMS is reshaping the industry. And few understand this, but a larger share of the value creation process in the pharma industry is accruing to the network: we've seen how $HIMS patients stay on GLP-1 longer because $HIMS is able to reduce side effects. In other words, much of the differentiation happens at the personalisation layer, more than at the active ingredient layer. It's not so much about whether you're treated with Wegovy, Zepbound or Liraglutide and more about whether you have a platform that helps you deal with side effects. Peptides are largely generic in nature. And they will be increasingly deflationary to the pharma industry. This is a HUGELY disruptive dynamic and playing friends is not the way forward. While indeed a legal battle presents some risk for $HIMS, I will not be selling my shares if $HIMS does engage. I believe that setting legal precedents is the way forward for $HIMS to become a central player in the pharma industry. Additionally, if $HIMS management finds a way forward by playing "Switzerland", that's all the better for me as a shareholder!

@alc2022 Guess you didn't buy $OSCR because of how dependent they are on ACA subsidies, which could change in the coming years.

I went long $AMD at $4.2. $TSLA at $13. $SPOT at $97.50. $HIMS at $15. $PLTR at $7. I'm now watching $RKLB, $ASTS, $OSCR, $HFG and $LMND and $ABCL closely 🧵

$TSLA revenues down 20% and operating margin plunges to 2.3%, below that of $GM, $F and other automakers that trade at 6x earnings. It generated a whopping $1.74 in GAAP earnings over the last 12 months. Also, the energy business declined by 11% quarter-over-quarter. So to conclude... $TSLA is now a post-growth, subpar auto manufacturer with a declining energy storage business, trading at 136x earnings

@NolanAntonucci Thanks to the combination of Grok, the free versions of ChatGPT, and occasionally Meta, I don't need to pay for ChatGPT Plus anymore

@NolanAntonucci That's interesting, in my case, I use AI more and more on a daily basis. Meta added Llama 4 to WhatsApp and Instagram, which makes it quite accessible and could have a noticeable impact on Google Trends. There's also Grok on Twitter

Maybe just coming out of Ghibli image buzz, but a pronounced slowdown in search volume for ChatGPT 🟨🟥 and softness for AI in general (excluding ChatGPT/OpenAI) 🟩🟦. Been trimming my $NVDA position for a while, but nervous about demand with trade war fear so high.

@deannaindiana @WallStreetApes @elonmusk They're just a bunch of NPCs, followed by low IQ individuals who wouldn’t recognize the truth even if it was right in front of them. Pure propaganda at its finest

@WallStreetApes @elonmusk It means they’re standing united. They’re on message. You don’t recognize it, because republicans don’t know how to legislate. This is how. You decide on a path as a group and stand united.
