Prove why it definitely didn't.
1. Carrow Brown's cancer gofundme got launched by Carrow, not Eric, even though Eric launched a charity campaign for Crowe, his other employee with the same illness. The difference is, he was selling a t-shirt for her.
2. Eric notoriously doesn't help people unless it directly benefits Eric. Unless it's effortless, and EVEN THEN, rarely. He calculates what it'll cost him in terms of competition. See: ComicsGate, in Rippaverse's first year, and in his own words to me.
3. Eric was running a campaign simultaneously that was falling short of it's goal. Eric promoting Carrow would definitely have diverted funds in it's last days from the animation project to her charity.
