Faith and Reason - Romans 1:20 - For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made.

In the TCS Nashik BPO unit, a gang of Muslim team leaders turned the office into a nightmare for young Hindu girls and Hindu boys. These senior Muslim employees, Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shah Rukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, Tausif Attar, Mohammad Danish Sheikh, and others, used their power to sexually exploit junior Hindu women over four long years (2022 to early 2026). They harassed them with dirty comments, unwanted touching, blackmail with private photos, false promises of marriage, and even rape in some cases. At least 8 Hindu girls suffered this abuse, while one Hindu male employee was also targeted. These Muslim men did not stop at sexual exploitation. They ran a clear religious conversion racket inside the corporate office. They forced Hindu employees to offer namaz, observe Ramzan fasting, and eat beef, something deeply insulting and against Hindu religious beliefs for most. Victims were pressured to convert to Islam completely or face job threats, bad appraisals, and more harassment. Hindu gods were mocked, and Hindu sentiments were deliberately hurt. This was not random flirting; it was a systematic attempt to erase their Hindu identity and impose Islam using office authority. The worst part was the HR cover-up. A Muslim woman HR head, Nida Khan (still absconding in some reports), and another senior HR official ignored repeated complaints from the terrified Hindu girls. Instead of helping victims under the POSH anti-harassment rules, they protected the Muslim accused and told the girls to stay quiet. This enabled the abuse to continue for years. Police had to run a secret 40-day undercover operation with women officers posing as staff to gather real evidence like chats, emails, and direct observations. Maharashtra Police registered 9 FIRs and formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT). So far, 7-9 people have been arrested, including the six Muslim team leaders and the HR official. Charges include rape, sexual harassment, molestation, hurting religious feelings, and coercion. Police are checking bank accounts for suspicious money trails and believe more victims (possibly up to 50) may come forward. TCS suspended the accused and claims "zero tolerance," but many see their initial slow response and vague statements as typical corporate damage control that failed to protect Hindu employees. This Nashik case is bluntly called "Corporate Jihad" because it shows a dangerous pattern: Muslim employees in positions of power targeting vulnerable Hindu women for both sexual gratification and religious conquest. It mirrors "love jihad" tactics, but inside a big company like TCS. Hindu employees were treated as easy prey, their faith insulted, bodies exploited, and souls targeted for conversion. Such incidents expose how the radical Islamic mindset can infiltrate workplaces, using jobs as weapons against non-Muslims, especially Hindus, who form the majority of India's workforce.
