@JustMe643454125 @FollowMercy "if the shoe fits...". I found Shelley Taylor/Phelps/ AKA-Harmon RN with expired license in 2018. Licensed in OKLA., TEXAS, and ARKANSAS up until then. She was investigated by the nursing board, (medication error and lack of moral accountability) and disciplined accordingly.SICK

It seems that this LPN (not Registered Nurse) is not licensed in OK. However, I did find a Shelly Latrice Harmon, LPN in the Texas State Board of Nursing. @FollowMercy also put out a post stating they do not and have never had this person in their employ. Wondering if @DataRepublican @LauraLoomer @JackPosobiec might be able to help me verify that this is the same "nurse" so I can file a formal complaint with Tx SBON.
