@FrenchToastcom I want to know how an order can be placed in July of 2021, items canceled because the order took so long to begin processing, a shipping notification sent in Oct. 2021, & it is now January, with no order received, no tracking update & no refund offered.

@FrenchToastcom I'm a first time customer and your company has completely dropped the ball. I placed my order on 7/21& I still do not have my order. I have spoken to 2 supervisors & 3 reps & none of them have been able to resolve this issue. This is a horrible customer experience
