@BrendenNel While I don't disagree that Franco is a great coach Stephen Aboud who was brought in by Conor O'Shea in 2016 was the main architect of the Italy underage/ academy reform and new set up.

Just want to point out Italy are getting the results from the systems put in place by Franco Smith. Same as Glasgow. Highly underrated coach.
