The amount of times I get my delivery from the @WOOLWORTHS_SA app, only to realise an item was not in the cart, because I have to do 2 actions to actually add something to the cart, is astounding. Why do I have to press the add to cart button, then press another button to stipulate the number of items? Not withstanding the fact that the interaction itself is delayed. So now I have to pay another R35 to get the missing items I thought I had added. Please fix this process @WOOLWORTHS_SA

.@CityPowerJhb when do you actually audit your staffs work orders? Battling for more than a year to have 2 sets of street lights fixed. The same tech is assigned. Each time he just closes tickets without attending. Do I have to report him to your fraud line? @CityofJoburgZA
