Sure. Drysdale took steps as an offensive play-driver last year and has been a legitimate second-pair defenceman this season under Tocchet. More involved in transition, less turnover-prone, and using his skating more productively.

He draws penalties, he blocks shots at a solid pace, he’s confident in shooting the puck - he’s just a little snake bitten, but his role is a defensive forward. I really am stunned that he’s the one getting criticized. It’s unwarranted, and it’s genuinely shocking to me.
