@GoPro I did that already, and no one has reached out. The more I've tried to use it, the worse the issue has become. I was planning to use it this weekend, but since no one sells the grip besides you guys, I'm stuck. Please have support reach out.

Disappointed by @GoPro's new Mission 1 Pro Point and Shoot Grip - it unlatches when trying to use any of the grip functionality and not just from pressing the latch that's supposed to open it. It just pops out on its own. Super insecure for a $600+ camera. Support hasn't replied.

Received my @GoPro Mission 1 Pro. The grip was missing even though upon pre order (on announcement day) they said we would get one for free if pre ordering. Really disappointed

@GoPro Hello, I'm using a Samsung S23 Ultra, Android 16. It's the latest Quik app v13.33. I've landscaped locked my screen and turned off autorotate but when in preview or recording the video still flips between landscape/portrait when I tilt my phone to a certain angle on the rig.
