@GraceDigital@SIRIUSXM This is interesting - @siriusxm Customer Care (over the phone) says it is because @GraceDigital needs to issue a firmware update.
Could you two companies kindly resolve this?

@gracedigital - @siriusxm needs you to send out a Firmware Update to your TTR2 radios in order to pick up the "XTRA Channels" which SIRIUSXM just issued.
