Just FYI, I'm NOT paid to do this. I got given a pair by my momma after I asked for them for Christmas. This has been hands down the best shoe I've ever worn as a teacher!

@Rainmaker1973 It all depends on purpose. For toast for breakfast, you want that middle ground. For toast that's being dried out to make breadcrumbs, the darker bread can be used to add a "charred" flavor to something that can't be charred normally. For a crouton... you're missing oil.

Anyone who thinks that a person with #Tourettes can control their tics... has never worked with a person with Tourettes. We have the most amazing student at school. Severely disabled with Tourettes. He will yell the most shocking things that you know he didn't hear at home. 1/?
