@AmericanAir Rebooking options isn’t the main issue. More than anything, it’s that @AmericanAir doesn’t care about paying customers. We would’ve rebooked 5 hours ago but were told on multiple occasions- this flight would leave latest by 12 & now being told won’t leave until 1:50, 7 hrs later!

The horribleness of @AmericanAir: Flight was scheduled for 7:11 am, rescheduled to 8:40, 11:20, 11:50, 12:15, & now 12:45. Then decided to check the old plane after new plane landed (which wasn’t sent until 11 am) before loading. #stillwaiting #AmericanAirlines #americanairsucks

I spoke to Sinclair's owner and he says "Sinclair's was the heart of Old Cloverdale."
