Lee Cronin's The Mummy offers a drawn-out mystery and isn't up to much more than being loud & assaulting with gnarly imagery. Effectively nasty but overlong to the point of exhaustion. Evil Dead Rise meets The Exorcist. The Mummy in name only. Cronin is stuck in Deadite Mode.
