After six months, TPCi has finally aligned this rule with Japan's. Now the only question is why Creatures Inc has decided to make the rules this convoluted. Why isn't "Up to N" always "≥1 and ≤N", and why isn't "any number" always "≥0"?

@playpokemon released a new PTCG rule: You can now attach 0 Energy cards with Mega Lucario ex's "Aura Jab" or Squawkabilly ex's "Motivate". It is now in effect. This change aligns with a previous rule change made back on August 1st by TPC (Japan).

Overdue update but Plump Pumpkins are now the least efficient, by far, ingredient to sell for Dream Shards per @SerebiiNet. Save the ingredients at the bottom for filler in recipes and sell the ones at the top when the bag is full! #PokémonSleep @PokemonSleep

Using @SerebiiNet data I have determined the order of @PokemonSleep ingredients based on value as cooking strength vs. Dream Shards. If you have extra ingredients, the top ones are better to sell for Dream Shards because you lose the least amount of cooking strength per Shard.
