Just witnessed a concerning incident near the Google Office / HANS Tech Park, Whitefield Road (Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad). After finishing my meeting and on my way home, I saw a pedestrian involved in an accident while trying to cross the road. The traffic signal on Whitefield Path Road is not working, and vehicles are moving at high speed, making it extremely unsafe for pedestrians. Many people regularly cross this stretch, and without a functioning signal, accidents like this are likely to happen. @HydREGuide Most didnt have a good menu. Haveli is running absolutely brilliantly. Its not about just the ambience. You need to serve good food.

Kokapet: Booming Real Estate, Struggling Bars Tasca Bar & Kitchen in Kokapet has shut down. Kokapet is growing fast with heavy real estate and construction. But bars and restaurants are struggling. All four bars we had when we moved in are now closed: 1. Atom Bar & Kitchen 2. 75 Degree West (later Ulavacharu, now Ahwana) 3. Simharpuri Bar & Kitchen 4. Tasca New places like Mythus, Jamming Goat, Rabbit Hole, Cu2, and Taki opened. But overall, it looks tough. If you add restaurants, the list goes much bigger like UTK, Dasara, Kortyard Cafe, Pousada, Kanteen, Desi chowrastaa etc. F&B business seems just too risky in Kokapet now.

In 2025 Hyd rcvd 6-7 more new GCC compared to BLR, while BLR had major expansion leading to whipping and staggering 25mn+ office absorption ( one of the largest globally ) Things shall change in 2026, city witnessed 25 GCC so far. x.com/epic_bengaluru…

Great initiative @hydcitypolice & @SajjanarVC_IPS ! Food adulteration is a major problem that endangers many lives. The Food Safety Department was very active earlier under IAS Karnan, but it declined after he moved to GHMC as Commissioner. It’s good to see food safety raids back again through City police. I just hope these violators are booked under serious charges and taken to conviction. There seem to have been very few convictions and closures from previous raids.

Good job @MC_Cyberabad .This is a major problem. Many people dump trash in open plots, near lakes, nalas, and even along the roads. An awareness campaign and a dedicated enforcement drive to catch such offenders should be carried out.

Khajaguda H-CITI multi level flyover works seems to be starting very soon. We will have an Underpass to wards Raidurg and flyover from. Khajaguda towards Tolichowki. It's unfortunate, but I just hope the traffic mess near that junction will be cleared.
