Look back over the history of the last 50 years of presidents. What I love about the Democrats? Economic performance. Increasing GDP. Not leaving with a deficit larger than they came in on. The U.S. produces 13.6 million barrels of oil per day and imports 6.3 million. The U.S. uses 20.8 million a day. Already a deficit. I'm paying around $1 more per gallon as opposed to February. Someone please explain to me how our gas prices will go down if we are selling our oil to the world.

No, you're idiots. Tankers have been sailing in and out of the Gulf for decades. Often DELIVERING oil to the USA because we use more oil domestically than what we produce.

Tankers lining up to buy oil from America is definitely great for American oil companies, and perhaps bumps revenue for the U.S. government a bit. But oil is priced globally, hence the American consumer is getting bagged hard at the pumps. How is this a win for the people?
