The S&P 500 is up the first 6 trading days of November. Longest since 2021 and 2009 before that. Longest ever? 7 in November 1960.

3) Another area with huge exposure is Eastern Tennessee. Particularly a vacation town called Sevierville in the Smokey Mountains. In this county there's 10x as many Airbnbs as homes listed for sale. While the revenue per owner is down nearly 50%. Yikes.

The Airbnb collapse is real. Revenues are down nearly 50% in cities like Phoenix and Austin. Watch out for a wave of forced selling from Airbnb owners later this year in the areas hit hardest by the revenue collapse.

@myersbradley @BeauBro1 It’s just a life insurance policy that pays out only for accidental death or disability. So a death by natural causes or disease would not pay out.

@JBednarII @BeauBro1 I wasn’t even familiar with AD&D until I just looked it up. So I’m confused- are there some parts of the country where people’s life, disability, and auto insurance are defective? Asking since they all collectively address the same thing.

The S&P 500 has gone more than 7 mos w/out a new 52-wk low. This usually means 'the lows' are in. Sure, before COVID and 2002 are in there, but normally this is a clue new lows aren't happening. Also, once it goes 7 mos w/o a new low, it is higher a year later 87% of the time.
