Happy to share our new preprint! We looked at the dynamics of the ENL YEATS domain, and showed how mutations affect its binding and selectivity for different histone acetylation marks. Nice work by @lokesh_baweja!

Happy to share our latest preprint! We used simulations to explore how the structures and dynamics of RNA.DNA-DNA triple helices and nucleosomes are interconnected and affect one another.

Happy to share our latest work! In another really fun collaboration with the Clubb group, we used simulations, Markov modeling, and measurements of heme transfer kinetics to show how inter-domain dynamics control heme extraction in S. aureus' IsdH protein. Nice work by all!
