@AviBenlolo I've no beef with the Jewish community but what Israel has done in Palestine and now Beirut are war crimes, simple as that. Calling them out for that is not unreasonable.

His call on the European Union to suspend its Association Agreement with Israel further underscores a deeply troubling and one-sided agenda. Such moves reflect a profound moral inversion at a time requiring clarity and leadership. His harsh anti-Israel rhetoric says far more about his political posture than it does about Israel. AGPI urges Spain to reconsider this dangerous course.

@fivestarmichael Unfortunately, natural habitat is lost forever in return for short term profit. How soon er wake up and realise this, is the question.

I'm not a commie or some hippie environmentalist, but there is something wrong with an economic system that encourages the destruction of over 50,000 sq. miles of Indonesian rainforest to produce palm oil. That's an area the size of Pennsylvania, the only habitat for endangered orangutans, being destroyed so we can produce billions of Oreo cookies and millions of jars of Nutella.

Survivor of the russian strike on Odesa last night: ​"What happened today was the most terrifying thing I’ve ever experienced. There was only one load-bearing wall between me and the impact. If I hadn't moved into the corridor, I would have been hit by shrapnel or something worse. ​I had gone up to get my documents when I heard screaming... you could hear a girl, and other neighbors were saying people were trapped under the rubble. ​A young woman was stuck under the debris, then they carried out a child, and I think a man as well. A large family lived there, and that’s exactly where the strike hit. If I’m not mistaken, two 'Shahed' drones hit our building: one struck the roof, and the second flew directly into the structure."
