Afternoon highlights: -being an accomplice rather than a ND ally;you're in it together -the goal: create an environment that doesn't need labels and less focus on people feeling safe to disclose -consider your workplace environment and your comms

Morning highlights continued: -beware the DEI expert who doesn't have the competencies they should have! -DEI is a business transformation therefore, give it the money it deserves -look at how you recruit (ditch the jargon, don't make the process mysterious etc)

Not being active on here in an age but want to keep track of the amazing things I'll no doubt hear. Neurodiversity at Work conference here we go! #igppNEURO

Morning highlights: - before even considering recruiting, really zoom in on your retention - companies who have focused on supporting ND needs (properly) are accelerating in performance - belonging is essential to you thriving, particularly if you're ND, and is constant effort
