This week we held “Support Worker University,” where we celebrate our 100+ #DirectSupportProfessionals with honors, dance parties, and seminars, including a poetry workshop that produced this gem about #IDD, or Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. #disability #equity

Project Next Step helps people with autism advance in their careers, moving on to new positions where they work more hours, earn more money and/or take on new responsibilities.

At the @nyaii1 NY Alliance Annual Conference (April 29 - nyalliance.org), Fredda Rosen will be recognized with the 2022 Leadership Award. Aimee Althoff will join Fredda at the conference to talk about Job Path's Project Next Step.

As part of #AutismAcceptanceMonth, Job Path made a presentation on our Customized Employment strategies at the @barclaysbankus Reach Disability Network meeting on 4/21.
