Never will I even go into another @shakeshack. After waiting 25 plus minutes and seeing us being skipped over I asked nicely where our shakes were at the KC Plaza location only to be screamed at. It was so bad another employee stepped in and apologized. I was literally crying.

@shakeshack @dhmeyer @robburghlynch just had lunch at the SS restaurant on 379 N Central Ave in Hartsdale NY. Outstanding staff (patient, helpful, and accommodating); great service; super clean restaurant; and fresh hot food. They deserve some recognition! Bravo!
