Amazon is building an $11 billion AI data campus in Indiana. It’ll use as much electricity as roughly 1 MILLION homes. And about 300 million gallons of water every year. That’s just ONE facility.

INDIANA Excellent website to monitor and expose the “Data Center” scam. Do know the Indiana legislators knowingly circumvented Hoosier taxpayer oversight. No State Board of Account audits, no oversight by the State comptroller. Nada! My State Senator, Vaneta Becker, voted to deny access to these documents. KNOWINGLY! Fourteen states and scores of localities across the U.S. fail to disclose how much revenue they lose to data center tax abatement programs. Yet such losses are known to be soaring in states that do disclose, with three states already losing $1 billion or more per year. Most of these failures to disclose violate Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as set forth by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). Since FY 2017, those principles require most governments to disclose lost revenue when they themselves grant tax abatements. They also require other governments which routinely lose revenue passively to also disclose. Tax-abatement laws written long ago for much smaller data centers, predating massive artificial intelligence (AI) facilities, are now unexpectedly costing governments billions of dollars in lost tax revenue. Three states, Georgia, Virginia, and Texas, already lose $1 billion or more per year. We recommend every state and locality conform to GAAP and fully disclose their data center tax abatement revenue losses. They should also back-report their losses since FY 2017. States should also copy the exemplary model of Nevada’s Controller to annually report the local shares of revenue lost to any tax abatements awarded by the state. goodjobsfirst.org/data-center-ta… @LGMicahBeckwith @michellepete77 @MicahBeckwith @RhondaBMiller @Jim_Banks @GovBraun @Comp_Nieshalla @DanielElliottIN @JimTomes49 @INFREEDOMCAUCUS

Now that India has flooded the world with FFMGs (Fake Foreign Medical Grads) we must rely on other means to exclude impostor doctors. The US has two main defenses against impostors: 1. US doctors must complete a supervised US residency. Unfortunately, this residency requirement has been eliminated in 19 states, including mine. 2. Our second and final safeguard is the licensing exam. Almost all US doctors must eventually pass the three parts of the USMLE (US Medical Licensing Exam.) Unfortunately, exam fraud is as simple as hiring a ringer to take the test for you (he needs to look vaguely like the picture on your driver's license) and avoiding the test centers that check fingerprints. (Grok summary attached.) Or, impostors could obtain the questions in advance, from insiders or from earlier test takers. If this sounds like a conspiracy theory, well, it already happened, and you will never guess where. In 2024, hundreds of scores were invalidated due to leaked questions in Nepal (an Indian suburb) and to anomalous high scores at international centers in India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Jordan. The statistically-unlikely scores were eventually blamed on early exam takers sharing the questions in WhatsApp groups. In other news, you can take the first 2 parts of the US medical licensing exam in India. Then you can start practicing medicine in the USA. Your Indian doctor might be a resident who purchased his Indian medical diploma then purchased the US licensing exam questions and took the test in India. Fortunately, Part 3 of the exam, which must be passed at some point during residency, can only be taken inside the USA. So we can breathe easy, right? Well, not exactly. The US medical licensing exam is written and scored by two organizations. The first is the FSMB (Federation of State Medical Boards) whose president and CEO is.... wait for it.... Dr. Humayun Chaudhry. The other organization that writes and scores the US medical licensing exam is the NBME (National Board of Medical Examiners.) NBME's Chairman of the Board is.... wait for it... Dr. Reena Karani. That's her picture below, and why yes, she does happen to be Indian. The physical testing centers are managed by a company called Prometric, whose Chief Products and Technology officer is.... wait for it.... Jay Chakrapani Are you seeing the problem with our safeguards against fake doctors? grok.com/share/c2hhcmQt…

This actually happened. It's not an X hoax. 100,000 is a huge number, and Grok says the true number is thought to be as high as one million. The USA was probably their top destination. On Dec 10, 2025, India seized 100,000 forged diplomas from 22 universities. The Indian government know the names of the fake degree holders. Many were medical degrees, some were nursing or engineering. The US State Department must demand the names of all fake Indian degree holders. Then they must be expelled from the USA, or imprisoned. If India won't provide the list, then we must expel all Indians who were admitted or hired on the basis of Indian credentials. If you disagree, then you want to children to die from preventable medical errors or collapsing bridges.

New records show some Indiana data centers have reported hundreds of millions in state sales and use tax exemptions. INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana has promoted data centers as a major economic win by promising billions of dollars in investment, new jobs and a place in the future of artificial intelligence. Hoosiers are only now getting a clearer look at the other side of those deals: more than $655 million in reported state sales and use tax exemptions for data centers. Those are taxes data centers did not have to pay on eligible purchases, including equipment such as computer chips, servers and other technology used to operate the facilities. It's important to note that not all data centers in Indiana receive tax breaks. For example, Microsoft announced in March 2026 that it would no longer be seeking local property tax abatements or breaks for their data center facility in La Porte. The big dollar figure comes after questions from Good Jobs First, a nonpartisan watchdog group that tracks economic development subsidies. Good Jobs First said it could not find a clear public price tag showing how much tax revenue Indiana was giving up through its data center tax exemption program. The group published a report saying some states, including Indiana, failed to disclose data center tax abatement losses, this was recently confirmed by Indiana State Comptroller @Comp_Nieshalla The Indiana Comptroller’s Office initially pushed back on the watchdog report, saying Indiana’s annual financial reporting complied with government accounting standards. But after further review, the Comptroller’s Office confirmed the data center exemption information had been reported to the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, or IEDC, but had not been routed to the Comptroller’s Office for the state’s annual financial report. It must be noted @Elise_Nieshalla participated in the “Tax Exempt” scheme for unfettered economic development when she served as a Boone County Council woman. Boone county was the beginning of the IEDC being permitted to circumvent taxpayers and block access to records of the “Public-private-partnerships” being hatched in the State of Indiana; she knew. The Indiana Economic Development Corporation administers the state’s data center sales and use tax exemption program. In other words, the numbers existed, but they were not being reported correctly. IEDC later confirmed the data center exemption reports had not previously been posted publicly. The more than $655 million figure covers state sales and use tax exemptions reported by data centers. It does not include local property tax abatements or all outstanding 2025 reports. IEDC confirms some 2025 reports from data centers are still outstanding, meaning the total could grow. The agency said the state is not writing companies a check. In written responses, IEDC said the exemptions are part of a competitive framework designed to attract major investment that may not otherwise come to Indiana. Good Jobs First disagrees with that framing. Kasia Tarczynska, a senior research analyst with Good Jobs First, stated the money not collected is still a public cost. “The public needs to know how much money the state is losing, but also the lawmakers need to access this information to be able to make good fiscal decisions about the state budget,” Tarczynska said. Tarczynska said the state sales tax exemption is only one layer of the public cost. Data centers can also receive local tax breaks, including real property and personal property tax abatements. A major share of the reported tax exemptions is tied to Amazon. Amazon reported $560,997,402 in state sales and use tax exemptions in 2025 and $50,504,926 in 2024. Roger Wehner, vice president of economic development for Amazon Web Services, responded in a statement: “Indiana set out to become a leader in the digital, economy and Amazon is proud to be part of that story,” Wehner said. “We were one of the first data center developers to enter the state, and Indiana’s forward-looking policies have helped us grow at an unprecedented speed and scale.” The Amazon’s data center campus near New Carlisle is already operating, but local officials say the project is still being built out and expanded. Amazon said it has invested $13.8 billion since 2024 to build its New Carlisle facilities. The company said that investment has created opportunities for 4,000 construction workers and 900 full-time staff now operating the data centers. Amazon also said St. Joseph County hotels filled 141,000 rooms with data center workers over one year. “The growth we’re seeing today is exactly what Indiana’s policies were designed to create and are only a small fraction of what these investments will deliver to Hoosiers over the long term,” Wehner said. Amazon said it has also committed up to $7 million to support road infrastructure improvements surrounding the New Carlisle development. Bill Schalliol, St. Joseph County’s executive director of economic development, said the county had to compete for Amazon’s investment. “You’ve got to give a little to get a little,” Schalliol said. Bill Schalliol, executive director of economic development for St. Joseph County, says local incentives helped the county compete. The county’s original model for Amazon’s project was based on 16 buildings and an $11 billion investment. He said the project was expected to generate about $4 billion in taxes over 35 years, with about $1.6 billion to $1.7 billion abated and about $2.2 billion to $2.3 billion still coming back to the community. Schalliol said the project has since grown larger, meaning both the amount abated and the amount expected to come back to the community could increase. “We might not have gotten that investment at all,” Schalliol said. “So you’ve got to balance nothing versus something”. At New Prairie High School, Amazon’s investment is visible inside the classroom. The company helped open Indiana’s first Amazon “Think Big Space,” a STEM lab that gives students hands-on access to robotics, cloud computing and a podcast studio. Students use robotics equipment inside Amazon’s Think Big Space at New Prairie High School. Paul White, superintendent of New Prairie United School Corporation, said Amazon has donated at least $300,000 to $400,000 to the district through career-readiness resources, the Think Big Space and other support. “They have staff that specifically have worked with us to provide opportunities both for financial resources and partnerships,” White said. White said Amazon’s presence has also been brought questions from families, including concerns about traffic during construction and what future growth could mean for the district. New Prairie also has an agreement to receive a portion of TIF revenue from the economic development area through 2049. White said the first payment was about $30,000. He said that money may help offset some losses from Indiana’s property tax overhaul, but likely not all of them. “As a school system, we need to be good stewards of our finances, and we need to figure out ways to make the taxpayers’ dollar stretch,” White said. The $655 million figure is not the full price tag. It only covers reported state sales and use tax exemptions. It does not include every local property tax abatement, TIF impact or outstanding 2025 data center report. Good Jobs First said that is why the public needs a clearer ledger of what companies are receiving, what governments are giving up and what taxpayers are getting in return. You can view the IEDC’s updated figures by visiting their transparency portal. @Jamie4INgov @MaxForIndiana @indianagop @LGMicahBeckwith @MicahBeckwith @GovBraun @HeritageIndiana @JimTomes49 @Comp_Nieshalla @SOSDiegoMorales @David_Hammelman @ToddYoungIN

The worse part is that we know how it finishes. When Amazon wanted to have their headquarters in Indiana, the IEDC tried to kick the builder out and place Browning to manage the TIF. Browning launched a SPAC and profited from that no-bid award. During the lawsuit the original master planer Ambrose says that Browning was keeping 20% of the project profit forever. The “horizontal improvements” he called it. This is the same thing they did with everything that starts at the Purdue Discovery Park and LEAP. Browning - the master planner - hired Brad Chambers company to build it. The electricity needed for this new buildings come from AES - the energy distributor. Browning, the former Chairman of Duke - the energy generator - was fired for self dealing here. wsws.org/en/articles/20…

INDIANA AGAIN.......Evansville makes the list..... worthless politicans are burning through taxpayers reserves like a lottery winner that is bankrupt after a few years. The demise of Indiana is directly related to the Indiana Economic Development Corporation providing millions of lost revenue by providing tax abatement to entice Corporations (Data, Solar, Pharmaceutical, etc.) to steal valuable Hoosier resources without any tangible return on the "investment". The property assessments are based upon fraudulent valuations to subsidize corporate welfare. The legislators KNOWINGLY permitted the theft and the corruption is blatant. ELIMINATE ALL PROPERTY TAXES TO STOP THE WASTE, MANIPULATION, AND FRAUD. @LGMicahBeckwith @MicahBeckwith @Jim_Banks @GovBraun @indianagop @MaxForIndiana @HeritageIndiana @JayStarkeySen6 @INFREEDOMCAUCUS myfamilytravels.com/indiana-towns-…

INDIANA Palantir.......Public-Private-Partnership...... The AI - data centers surviellance. The Flock Camera data is provided to Palantir for monitoring of Hoosiers.....It's in your backyard and your elected officials are knowingly participating.
Kim Dotcom@KimDotcom

Breaking Palantir was allegedly hacked. An AI agent was used to gain super-user access and here”s what the hackers allegedly found: Peter Thiel and Alex Karp commit mass surveillance of world leaders and titans of industry on a massive scale. They have thousands of hours of transcribed and searchable conversations of Donald Trump, JD Vance and Elon Musk. They have backdoored the devices, cars and jets of world leaders and accumulated the biggest archive of blackmail material. Palantir is creating nuclear and bio weapon capabilities for Ukraine and is working closely with the CIA to defeat Russia. They believe they are one year away. They plan to achieve this by keeping Russia busy with meaningless peace negotiations. Palantir is responsible of the majority of Palestinian deaths in Gaza. They have developed the AI targeting for Israel. Palantir is an arm of the CIA and all data from international clients is copied into a CIA spy cloud. Palantir has become the most dangerous company in the world. If you work there you have the right to know that this is what Palentir AI is used for, without your knowledge. The Palentir data the hackers allegedly gathered will be given to Russia and/or China. I was chosen as a trusted partner for this publication. I’m not involved in the Palentir hack and I don’t know the hackers. But I do know that the hack happened.

At noon today, nearly 600 fed-up Illinoisans, including environmental advocates, faith leaders, students, business reps, consumer groups, and state legislators, will rally at the Lincoln Statue in Springfield demanding the POWER Act. This bill would force hyperscale data centers to pay for their own energy infrastructure, new clean power, and water usage instead of crushing Illinois families with higher electric bills from these unregulated power hogs. Despite strong bipartisan support, lawmakers are set to adjourn without even voting on it. 🎥 Third Act Illinois on FB
