As an aspiring GPN applying for jobs in primary care, the pay disparity between practices is truly shocking. Some practices in London offer starting salaries BELOW band 2 AfC for GPNs. We urgently need minimum T&Cs for all independent nurses @RCNGPNForum @WeGPNs #RCN23
