As you can imagine, when your really low, you know you should be doing things, but even simple things to others seem huge. That’s another of my failings.

All my health matters combined with financial problems, getting ever greater, are affecting me. For example, on the latter, I’ve not had hot water or heating now for 2 years as my combi boiler is broken and I can’t afford to replace it. I feel forever cold. I’m dreading winter 😢

This treatment of EU citizens is beneath contempt. The uncertainty it creates is huge. Our NHS needs these doctors, nurses and auxiliary staff to survive. Many businesses rely on them. If it’s a game of bluff, it’s anything but a clever one. Vile, cruel and frightening for many.

Ok so I’ve been feeling sorry for myself all week as we got burgled last weekend. Three neighbours sent us flowers. I found out today one of them has just been diagnosed with breast cancer and undergone surgery. Puts everything in perspective. I hate cancer #breastcancer
