Facts: • Ticket fare: ₹290 • IRCTC charges deducted • Refund received: ₹250 • ₹60 deducted without any service My questions: • Why is IRCTC charging fees when ticket is not confirmed? • What exact rule allows deduction of ₹60 for a cancelled waitlisted ticket? • How is this fair to passengers?
