Peaky Blinders film is a bit shite init? A story that made no sense with little context from start to finish

@nonregemesse I love Peaky Blinders. Its one of the few very shows that I can be relied on to binge watch. But that said. I'm aware of the fact that with regard to historical accuracy . Its basically "Bridgerton for blokes". 🙂😏

Peaky Blinders has always been mid. They did that stupid Godfather 3 thing where they elevated their main character to implausible heights. Plus…Birmingham gangsters having gunfights with American mafia. Silly stuff for uncritical viewers. Basically slop.

@GamesNosh Season 2-6 are gold. Season 1 is well-accepted to have been iffy.

I'm finally getting around to watching the X-Files which has always been a massive cultural blindspot personally. My season 1 thoughts; half the episodes are fantastic TV and the other half are unwatchable garbage. It's crazy how uneven this show is in writing quality.
