Hi - If you still have your 24-word Secret Recovery Phrase (or Ledger Recover set up), you’re fine— just restore on a new Ledger and your assets are safe. If you lost both the device and your 24 words (and don’t have Ledger Recover), there’s no way to regain access. Learn more here: support.ledger.com/article/972930…

For the last month the ledger wallet has had base network issues and the developers does nothing about it. People report it and the customer service shrugged it off. @ledger needs to fuck off at this point cause this is a reoccurring attitude from the developers

@Octop3s @Ledger it’s the first time in almost a year, but the Ledger has been acting weird recently, it shuts down automatically during transactions. But this time, it got reset.

Always backup 2-3 copies of the seed phrase. My @Ledger suddenly got reset while doing the transaction...

Hi there, you have the option to set up a password lock in Ledger Wallet™ (formerly Ledger Live) to prevent unauthorized access. This password will encrypt all sensitive user data, including your account names, public addresses, and transaction details. This "auth.unlock" simply seems to a visual bug, with no further impact. I have also reported it to the team immediately!
