Please be careful when controller shopping. Asking for pictures of stickboxes, mounts and solder joints can show you alot.
People are out here selling Phobs with t1/2 stickboxes. and its not even soldered in place.
that $100 controller isnt what its cracked up to be i promise.

@Mikeys_Mods No contention on the lower quality of non-T3s. I've tested lubing without opening T3s and can say that they do not need to be opened up to lube sufficiently (applies to all stick boxes). You just need to lube the socket well enough.

@LevCustoms I didn't realize the t1s can be taken apart tbh without damaging them. Last I tried was 4 or 5 years ago.
They do break down much faster than 1.5 or 2s tho. Which makes putting them on a phob completely pointless. I didn't even realize the phob 2 let's you use the metal boxes.

@Mikeys_Mods T1/T1.5/T2 can be cleaned just fine with an ultrasonic cleaner, and not sure why you're claiming they can't be lubed(?) Spreading correct and incorrect information makes it harder for those unaware to be able to differentiate right from wrong.

for those not in the know.
T3 stickboxes are made of plastic, wear down MUCH slower, screw to the board for easy replacement and can be modified/cleaned/lubed.
T1/2 stickboxes are metal, should be soldered to the board for stability and cant be cleaned or lubed.
