@tperzyk This is horrifying! I’m so glad that you and your partner are okay physically right now but I’m sure incredibly traumatised. Even before COVID, SF baffled me, I never understood where the positive parts were that could outweigh what I saw outside the office and beyond.

the things my partner and i have encountered in last 3 yrs in sf: • murder on our corner that i inadvertently taped audio of (unsolved) • assault on the street (kicked in stomach) • interrupted garage drilling breakin • bike theft 2X • car breakin 2X • identity theft

a week after attempted robbery at home (no followup from @SFPD after report filed), i was just assaulted on the street. a woman grabbed a metal bottle from my backpack, threw it at my head, chased me, & threw her keys at me. then she pushed a man in the street. sf is not safe.

@jpmaheu @verge Hoping LinkedIn gives us the option to list which version of the company we worked at vs automatically updating it.

I have spent the past 24 hours trying to resolve this issue with @Airbnb and I have gotten nowhere. I’ve been passed onto 4 different team members as shifts change with no regard for time spent dealing with this or addressing my safety concerns. Absolutely disgraceful!

Possible noise is the biggest understatement of the year and it’s rendering most of the expensive villa unusable. Aside from the noise the lack of security & safety is concerning & the fact that @Airbnb are trying to gaslight me and invalidate my concerns is disgusting.

Before booking my @Airbnb which looks beautiful I specifically asked about security and was told that it was secure, guarded and gated. It was also listed there might be some "possible noise from nearby construction"
