I absolutely DO NOT feel safe getting a taxi! I very rarely go to Liverpool city centre but the odd times I do my son collects my friends and I from town! Our governments have put a death and rape threat on our heads! 😡😡😡 THANK YOU @LpoolGuardian for all you do to protect us ❤️🙏🏻

Everything that helps prevent violence against women and children, is welcome. The introduction of these in Liverpool is treating the symptoms, not the cause. Migrants praying on young girls openly in the street, yet they gaslight us and say it's not happening.

Protesters at Saint Annes police station last night. I have seen in the Echo today that politicians have come out condemning the next protest organised by the same person on County Road next week. Country Road is one of many areas in Liverpool that has undergone massive demographic and cultural change in a short space of time. Many of the locals are upset that this has been done to their home without consulting with any of them. It’s not that they were ignored. They were never part of the decision-making process to begin with. So they are taking to the streets to make themselves heard. And now they are being silenced by the very people that did this to them.

What should have been Liverpool’s worst day had a happy ending: This man was welcomed by a family, given food, a life. But that friendship wasn’t returned. Many come here only to spread Islam, take from us, and in the worst cases, kill. Just because we don’t believe the same. He left that Christian home packed with explosives, ready to blow himself up at a veterans’ memorial. At the last second, he changed target: the Women’s hospital and newborn babies. But luckily the only life that he managed to end was his own in a botched attempt. I’ve been an Islamophobe ever since. I ignored attacks before, but this hit home. I don’t hate Muslims, but I fear the danger they bring. Radical Islam is our biggest threat but so are moderate Muslims who downplay it, gaslight us, and attack us for speaking out. Like we should just accept it as part of our life now and remain silent so we don’t cause offence. Islam is called a religion of peace, but all terror comes from there. They think we’re blind. Now, I’m threatened daily online for speaking out. It’s the new norm for me. It’s opened my eyes to how many are here who hate us. I worry for our children. Their future being attacked by extremists, attacked by moderates, called racist for just wanting safety. As numbers grow, so does the danger. We just have to accept this now. Like many of them often tell me…. “we were born here and this is our country now and there is nothing you can do”. And more keep coming legally and illegally and I fear for the future of this country. I really do.
