@MarvinREllison@MarvinREllison, I think the Worcester, MA location of @Lowes needs your leadership. I have been calling for 2 hours to discuss the kitchen remodel that was botched and no one has answered the phone yet. Why is it so hard to get any help or support?

~40 years without needing an X account. But I created one today to vent my frustration with @Lowes . If I had known how terrible the service would be for my kitchen remodel, I would have gone elsewhere. I call them, am put on hold for 20 minutes, then hung up on.
